Feb 09, 2017 · After doing the steps you stated, I am still having the same issues. Checked my Flash Player, It is up to date. I use Google Torch for my web browser. I also cleared my cache and tried it and still the same result. So I installed Firefox and attempted to submit documents on that web browser with the same results. Ball is back in your court.
