After formatting the pc from win xp to win7. It turns out that i can't access our local application connected to our network as well as our intranet website.. LAN cable are connected, dns setting was properly configured, proxy setting has been applied as well. It can browse internet pages. e.g. www.google.com thank you guys. All is well.
